Event Sponsorship Request

QUBIC accepts requests to sponsor events or projects that represent opportunities for outreach and engagement, to further science, and to communicate with the public.
To be considered for sponsorship please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. QUBIC Committees generally meet once a month to consider and decide on new applications. QUBIC reserves the right to request further information of applicants for the purposes of coming to a decision.

Are you requesting in-kind support?
e.g. event impact and reach, relevance of the event to QUBIC members, how funds will enable outreach and engagement, tangible and intangible benefits (if not covered in a prospectus) and/or the type of in-kind sponsorship requested. The more information supplied here the better.
e.g. QUBIC members, EMCRS, industry partners, external organisations, stakeholders, the public etc. Again, the more information supplied here the better.

Conditions of Event Sponsorship

Any event that receives support or sponsorship from QUBIC must adhere to these minimum conditions:
1. The event must have a suitable Code of Conduct that is communicated to participants.
2. A short report must be provided to QUBIC following the event summarising outcomes, budget, participants, and 1-2 high-resolution photos. The report should include statistics on the gender balance achieved with organising committees, speakers and chairs.
3. The event program and website must acknowledge QUBIC as a sponsor.
