Abstract:
The seminar will discuss how machine learning can act as a translation layer for quantum sensors and quantum imaging systems, mapping complex outputs such as nonlinear time-series signals or images directly to meaningful physical parameters. The work is presented in collaboration with Professor Gerard Milburn (UQ), with a focus on turning quantum devices into “smart sensors”.
Bio:
Moji Ghadimi joined QCIF in 2025 as Head of AI and Quantum Algorithms. He has more than 15 years of experience across academia, government, and industry, including senior data science roles at Queensland Treasury and leadership in AI, MLOps, and quantum computing projects at UQ and Griffith University.
